Terengganu to upgrade e-aduan system

Under Transformasi Terengganu Baharu (TTB), the royal country will introduce e-aduan system that allows busy people to make a complaint with the ubiquitous royal agencies and positions through the  (SMS).
Chief Minister Datuk Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman said the system was put under new unit called the Central Unit Complaints.
He said although the e-aduan system in place since 2005, but he was still again as a pilot project and will be officially upgraded by next month after it is created. Prior to this, complaint may only be made through the website
“the old method still be used but through the new system, the complaint may be made by SMS along with images and in the same period the claimant will know the status of their complaints,” he said to the Reporters when he visit e-aduan counter here. Also present State Financial Officer Datuk Osman Muda.
Ahmad Razif said, so far state have received nearly 6,000 complaints of right now since it was launched by Unit Pengurusan Maklumat Negeri (UPMN).
“In 2005 we received a 712 complaint, in 2006 as many as 960 complaints and also the total number of complaints that it is now as much as 5.806. Instead of that number 5.775 victorious resolved when the rest involves a long-term action,” said Ahmad Razif.
He said, to upgrade the ‘penyampaian kerajaan negeri’ system, a transformation counter will be placed at e-aduan counter to meet the inquiries notice and questions from various crowd.
Ahmad Razif said e-aduan counter was not only received complaints only, but it also plays a role as information center to the travelers.
