jawatan kosong di Syarikat Air Terengganu (SATU)

Syarikat Air Terengganu Sdn Bhd (SATU) is losing almost RM12 million a year in revenue due to burst and broken pipes, said State Public Works and Transport Committee deputy chairman, Mohd Iskandar Jaafar.
He said part of the RM40 million allocation given to SATU as announced in the Budget 2015 would be used to repair these pipes.
“SATU is working hard to reduce non-revenue water from 31 per cent this year to 29 per cent next year,” he told reporters after officiating the Annual Meeting of the One Malaysia District Water Engineers here.
Also present was the Director-general of Water Supply Department, Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water and SATU Chief Executive Officer, Atemin Sulong.
Commenting on the collection of outstanding bills, Mohd Iskandar said at present there was now an arrears of between RM6 million to RM7 million which was still unpaid by subscribers throughout the state.
